Honestly the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They have so much staff and are still so slow, it's mind boggling. Largest staff I've ever seen. They also don't have a way to speak to someone through the phone menu, it's just AI with a voicemail box. Ridiculous! Transferring all my prescriptions because you have to physically come in to speak to a pharmacist to resolve issues with their app and their inventory which is always out of stock. Do not come here - so bad!

The pharmacy is clearly understaffed for the volume. Whether you are picking up a prescription on premises or via the drive thru prepare for a long and frustrating wait because the order may not be ready, they cannot find it even though it shows it’s ready or they simply can’t get to you for whatever reason. They then get frustrated with you if you complain because they are obviously swamped.

I've been going to this CVS for about 10 years now. No major complaints about this location. I've had some ups and downs with this place but they try their best to stay consistent in getting your medications to you. The best time to pick up your meds is when they first open.

I picked up prescription today for my wife and son from this CVS, and the service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff showed no courtesy and made the whole experience unpleasant. Very disappointing.

Let me tell you about this place as I experienced it the last several years. The staff at the counter are mostly friendly and kind. The prescription services as a whole used to be efficient now it’s not, that simple!! I used to get automated texts for when refills were due or when they were ready. One day it stopped, I asked a staff member he said someone removed me but added me back to that service. To this day I’ve been added 3 times and still nothing. Over the last 6-8 months I’ve had to ask my physician to resubmit my subscriptions over and over multiple times. It sad because it’s close to my place and I’ve had some good experiences but this is unsat so I guess it’s time to move on!

One of the worst experiences on the phone with any pharmacy. The man answered the phone and asked for my info and went silent for 2-3 minutes. Responded with incorrect info I gave him and then ignored what I said again. He was typing and filling prescriptions and never looked into mine. Would give 0 stars

Always have a great experience at this pharmacy. Staff is dedicated and hardworking. Best CVS in the area by far!
