The male employee cashier, with long hair, did not greet me. He asked me if I wanted a bag. I replied, "No thank you." He took a telephone call, and he started speaking to someone in Spanish. The cashier handed me my receipt while looking away from me, and he continued his telephone conversation at the register. Unsatisfactory customer service.

Made a first visit to new Pico Blvd. store mid-day Monday. Aisle floors were strewn with dislodged items. Many shelves had little or no inventory. The single available checkout line was long and serviced by two cashiers. Not finding what I wanted nor any employee other than the busy checkers, I left. On a positive note, a public street-level parking lot across the street provides useful extra spaces.

The employee's at store 7879 are great, very very helpful. I hope they get paid well, because the few times I've shopped here, it looks to me like they put up with a lot, from keeping the store stocked and in order, to dealing with some of the despicable people who steal/fight/disregard the normal rules of social-life ethics. It doesn't seem easy or safe, with that said they manage to keep up the store and serve customers politely and with a smile. Im sure the store manager has alot to do with it... She's professional, from my experience,at least. (I dont know her by name but she wears glasses) So yes I recommend shopping at the store. Its a good store. Thanks to the wonderful people who work there ?

I bought these, using them as flower vases. They didn't have enough, but the lady at the register was kind enough to get more from the back! Great customer service!

Helpful, pleasant staff. Had a few Surprises in their retail inventory that was on the sales floor. Good overall experience while shopping. Items offered inconsistently at times due to stocking issues. Place tends to appear to be usually fully stocked. Upward pricing has affected their overall inventory as some items are not even present. Can better than competitors.
Yesterday, I needed an item, straight clip, and looked in certain areas was unable to find, but asked a helpful clerk and located the item. Very happy. 5 Stars.

never again!!!!!!!! this applies to all dollar trees; employees are undertrained and they are always understaffed. there will be 20+ people in line with one cashier who is doing the best they can. what sparked this review is the last straw for me: a peculiar individual was walking around the store talking to themself and then when they saw the line was too long they tried harassing people to cut in line. they walk to the front and ask the cashier if they can cut in line. cashier respectfully declined and when they kept pressing the cashier caved and just wanted them gone (no manager in sight). then the individual didn’t have enough money and tried to take the items without paying the full balance. the cashier had so much patience and should be awarded for st hood. then continuing through the line finally i’m almost next. when the system froze and 30min of waiting down the drain. instead of helping those who were in front go first since i had been waiting 30 at this point they just tell us to move to the next register and stand in line again - for another 20min. i don’t know why i needed what i needed but i know i didn’t need to get it at dollar tree and it was not worth waiting in line for 45min. i use to live dollar tree but it’s so disorganized, dysfunctional and very disturbing.

no more dollar tree for me. i know it’s not gonna break the bank for them but venting about it made me feel better.

Avoid this place for your mental and physical health! We spent literally an hour waiting for the manager to give us our online order only to be told it wasn't there. We had received an email from DollarTree saying our order was ready for pickup and that we should get it soon to avoid cancellation. But no order at the store. And no apology. Only attitude. Terrible. We opted for a refund, but the corporate office was nasty about it too.
