Merchandise is drop dead gorgeous, with a European high end flair yet amazingly reasonable.

After purchasing a Felicity dress bag for $299 the frame completely fell apart when I tried pulling out my cell phone only a week and a half after using it for the first time. The store owner apologized and said the bag was not meant for holding a cell phone but based on the circumstances, offered to replace it. I then tried using the replacement bag and it too fell apart when all I did, this time, was try to open the clasp. I spoke to the store owner on the phone who told me the bag has a delicate handle and sometimes other patrons have had the same issues. She told me should could not give me a refund but she would gladly exchange it for the purchase price. However, when I went to the store and found a couple of other items, one being a different purse, by the same brand, she told me that since the original bag was now 30% off the original price of $299, she could only exchange it for the 30% off. The other duplicate bags I saw in the store, had no price stickers saying they were 30% off, and as I pointed out to her she made no mention about her exchange "policy" or the sale, prior to my coming down to the store! There were 30% off stickers on items in the store plainly marked, yet she never mentioned that I would only get a credit for the special sales price when I took time to come in for the "exchange", nor on the phone when I called her last week! I explained that none of the exact same bag that I was exchanging had sales stickers, but she brushed me off and proceeded to go in the back where she remained. IMO fishy and unethical especially since this particular bag was defective and she admitted it. Very disappointed and will not return to this store.

I have just read this review, but this is not fair. I have been shopping there since they opened and they have nice. Quality stuffs and the sales associates are so welcoming . The store owner has a great customer service.
I called the store to ask what happened and the sales associate told me that last year, the customer purchased the same bag I purchased 18 months ago ( you can see that on the picture. She brought the bag back 8 months later, Brocken, and without the original receipt, still the owner was nice enough to give her a store credit. That bag was on sale when she came in, how would she expect to have the same original price!
My bag is in good shape , I love it and I recommend that boutique.

Do NOT consign here. I was given an appointment for 3:00pm on Monday and arranged to bring in some luxury items. The owner was a no-show and when she was contacted by the store clerk, she spoke to me on the store’s phone. She told me she wasn’t coming and when I reminded her we had an appointment she said, “I’m in a meeting.” When I asked why she couldn’t let me know that before I drove to her store on a Monday afternoon just before rush hour, she said, “things happen.” She did not apologize and when I reminded her of this, she hung up on me.
I would caution anyone from doing business with someone who is this unprofessional.
To the owner: stand by your word, when you make an appointment and can’t keep it, respect the other person’s time. We all know stuff happens but your time is not more valuable than mine.

As I strolled through Congressional Plaza in Rockville, I unexpectedly encountered a captivating window display that exuded chic and elegant styles. Intrigued, I found myself drawn to explore further. Although I hadn't intended to make a purchase, upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a warm ambiance and friendly staff. The layout of the store, reminiscent of European sophistication, coupled with a carefully curated collection, piqued my interest.

What truly impressed me was their inclusion of pre-loved designer accessories alongside their retail offerings. Succumbing to temptation, I found myself purchasing a casual yet stylish green suit at a reasonable price, complemented by a pearl necklace. As I browsed, I was enveloped in the soft melodies of French music, which the staff informed me was by Charles Aznavour.

There was an ineffable charm about Lebonday boutique that left me feeling... It came as no surprise when I learned that its name translates to "The Good Day." My experience was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend Lebonday to anyone seeking casual chic, elegance, and unique European flair in their shopping endeavors.
