The store itself is clean, and the products are undoubtedly trendy, yet the staff and owners exhibited a remarkable lack of courtesy during both of my visits. On my first trip, I spent 10 minutes in the store and made a purchase totaling $500K. The associate, who claimed to be the owner, showed no initiative to leave the counter or engage with me in any meaningful way. When I asked two simple questions, her responses were terse and unwelcoming. While I didn’t require assistance as I had already selected the items I wanted, their lack of proactive engagement with a walk-in client was noticeable and disappointing.

Upon returning the following day to exchange my item, I encountered the same subpar service, despite the owner’s insistence that they operate a “friendly store.” To make matters worse, she informed me that her sister had labeled me as “trouble,” which was both unprofessional and unwarranted. Even after I presented proof of purchase via my Apple Wallet, the owner claimed she couldn’t verify the transaction, and I never received the receipt via text as originally promised.

It’s clear that both sisters, who run the store, are in desperate need of comprehensive customer service training. My overall experience was profoundly disappointing, and I sincerely hope they don’t treat all their customers this way. They would do well to learn that appearances can be deceiving—don’t judge a book by its cover.

Maisons is a fashion haven for those seeking high-quality, trendy apparel. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Briana, who was an absolute gem. Her expertise and warmth made my shopping experience exceptional. The entire staff at Maisons is friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The store itself is impeccably clean and thoughtfully organized, making it a breeze to find the latest styles. Maisons is a fashion lover's dream, and with Briana's assistance, it was truly a memorable shopping adventure.

I recently shopped in Maisons and the store is absoutely what that area needed. The line of clothing is very good. I love shopping in there l. Awesome things! The two owners are the sweetst girls ever. I love going in there to talk to them. They brought life to One Loudoun Keep it up Girls! I will be back.

I always have an amazing experience shopping here! They have great quality trending pieces, where you don’t have to drive out to Tysons for. They also drop new releases on their IG, so I always know what I’m looking for. I love supporting this small business!

My daughters and I found this store on Instagram and are so in love! If you like fashion, go stop in! There’s nothing like it in northern VA. It’s a store you’d only find in charelston or Miami. It’s not a typical boutique that has the same things as every other, so unique! Love the owners.

I’m so excited about Maisons being at the wharf! There’s no good clothing stores around that area or really at all! They have so many brands that you come across on social media and love but never see in stores anywhere! I think the pricing is good for you’re getting really good quality items and brands like joah brown, Frankies, agolde denim etc.!!! They also always have new items on their $20 rack and other sale racks! The girls are so sweet I’m obsessed!!
