This place has really gone downhill - went in to get a box of paper - ad said 40-something for rewards members - went to the counter, they couldn't find my membership - not with phone number, or with the member number on the rewards certif I had with me... they actually had the gall to ask if I wanted to re-enroll - been a member for over 30 years! They finally found me, but when they rung me up, it wasn't for the 40-something advertised price, but for a 77 dollar price - really? I took my coupon and left... took me 2 secs to order online with free delivery and the correct pricing... and people wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing...

Today was the last straw.
I have been going to office depot for more than 5 yrs now. Previously, I had good experience but from past 2 yrs this place has poor management. Past two years when I sent them the print job they never do it right!! Will list 3 incidents from many:
1. I send them print job, when i went there to recieve it it had black lines on it. The associate was very quick to say that it was in my documents and its not their fault.but thankfully same thing happened to another customer and they later realized it was their printer.
2. Send them a poster in full red background with pictures on it. They messed that up, it was very poor quality. They background was pink and their were white lines with poor picture quality. My husband picked it up and he gorgot to check. When I went to them, thats when they told me their printer were having issues (why not call a customer and tell them? Or maybe tell them when handing the product) such a poor customer service. I had to drive to sterling one and get the job done.
3. Recent one, went to get the documents in color. They were all BW and the ID was cut.
I was told it's in "Policy" to print ids black and white. Never heard of it and there is no such disclaimer on the website either.
The ID that was cut down and only names can be seend was the only thing in color.

Please, stop with these stupid excuses and poor customer service. If you can't get the job done INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER. They are not that busy to give a call or leave an email to the customer. Or inform customer that these are the changes performed in the printing job.
I hope upper management can take some action and train the employees or add in their customer service to give customer a call for all the reasons they can't do the job properly.

Natalie is a printing lifesaver! I have done several large and last minute print jobs cat this Office Depot and Natalie goes above and beyond to advise me on the best paper and printing options. I am very appreciative and have made this store our go to for all of our printing needs.

I have always had a great experience with Office Depot. I typically find whatever I am looking for, and if not, the staff is more than willing to assist.
I recently placed an online order, ready for pickup, as promised.

Great experience today at this location. Had a real struggle at staples getting something printed and eventually just gave up. At this office depot location it didn't even take 5 minutes. I wish I had asked his name but I was helped by a young gentleman with long hair. He was polite, fast, and helpful. Really appreciated the service and am happy with the product!

As much as I do not want to complain or call them out, I feel it is important for my fellow consumers to know my recent experience.
I purchased a shredder for $100 in 11/2023. Was pleased with purchase BUT it has now stopped working properly and after contacting Office Depot/ Office Max I was informed they only back products they sell for two weeks. No exceptions. How many products do we purchase in perfectly working order, stop working in two weeks. Shame on Office Depot. I have made my last purchase and would never recommend them for any items in the future. Disappointed and Unfortunate!!

Staff was really helpful and genuinely nice. I ran into an issue with my laptop/usb port and they went above and beyond to drop the file onto my usb drive using one of the store computers. Its tough to be "WOWed" by customer service these days, but this team definitely pulled it off. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at the Leesburg store working with Kevin and JP at the print area. Customer service, personality and an overall above and beyond mentality. BIG shout out for all their help, this is now my go to store 100%. Great people, great service with a great smile.
