The Home Depot

This is my go-to home depot. The staff is very helpful and the store itself is very well maintained. I highly recommend getting the app to find item locations to save on them. I mainly come in for lumber and 5gal water refills and they are always well stocked. I also prefer the layout of this store compared to others, such as the Fairfax or Leesburg locations. Their are 4 self check out lanes and physical credit card is required.

I love home depot in general. They have a lot to offer for the home, both inside and out. Sometimes they have good deals. However, the main problem that whenever I go, no one is available to help. I do love that they offer flooring samples.

I need it some fresh plant’s when to Home Depot because I know they have very nice unique plants ? they gave very big selections can’t find them anywhere else this place I amazing

Its closer than Lowes so often easier to hit HD. But cashier had me wait until she finished her texting to ring me out. After I couldn't find what I needed and staff did not know either.

My online order for deck resurfacing project had multiple issues - missing, damaged and incorrect items. However, assistant store ops manager Felipe Castaneda addressed and resolved issues quickly and correctly to my satisfaction. It shows how committed they are to make good for total customer satisfaction. Thanks again for Felipe and everyone else involved in handling of my orders & issues!

Hands down best experience at the Ashburn Home Depot solely due to the dedication and expert customer service from the Manager Philip and Omar!!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the product I needed and into my car. Thank you guys you are fantastic!!

Quite helpful and courteous staff. It amazes me how every one knows in an out of the store. All the items are layed out really well. Easy to navigate and find stuff.
