Went in shopping with my mom and my 17 year old daughter. We were looking for a pair of jeans and an employee (Nikki) who overheard us and went and found a pair of jeans and asked her to try them on. Nikki stayed with us and was so very sweet. My daughter has not found a pair of jeans that fit her so well until today. Andrea also was the sweetest and helped us so much. If you go in ask for them both. They have the BEST customer service I have encountered in a very long time. They both made our day. I hope their managers give them a pat on the back for being truly amazing. Thank you Nikki and Andrea for all your help. I hope management understands what jewels they have. They MAKE YOUR STORE.

I just want to thank a special employee from today. I would like to thank Andrea for her amazing customer service and professionalism. I went into Aritzia hoping to find a particular item (90s denim jacket) in my size but had no luck finding it in the size and color I wanted. Andrea really went above and beyond in making sure I got to try on the size i was interested and even tried to special order it online for me. She made me feel really taken care of throughout our interaction and is an excellent example of what customer service looks like (even on a busy day). Thank you again Andrea!

I had an amazing experience at this location! This team is incredible I came in yesterday on a busy Saturday from out of town and Kyra, Emily and Kate and more made my experience wonderful! This was my first time really shopping at Artizia and they took such good care of me! They all constantly checked on me, they were so attentive even though the store was super busy, they found me so many pieces that I absolutely love and they were just extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process making my shopping experience absolutely wonderful! Thank you guys so much!! Phenomenal team in there.

I had such a great shopping experience here. The girl working there was very helpful and found me suiting pieces for work that I loved and will serve as great staples for years! It was my first time here, and it’s a million times better than going to Macys/Dillards. I wish we had one of these in Arizona!

I visited the NorthPark Aritzia on October 2, 2023, seeking to buy a new skirt. Emily and Paige were so sweet, and even gave me one of the fitting rooms with a large mirror inside!

FYI: for those unfamiliar with Aritzia, most of their fitting rooms do not have a mirror inside, meaning that you have to come out to check a mirror… usually.

In addition to the main fitting room area which has most of the fitting rooms, they have a second set of two fitting rooms (these are spacious and have mirrors inside!), separate from the main fitting room area, which are nicer than the normal fitting rooms; this is where I got to try on clothes. In this particular area, the mirror inside of the fitting room is well-lit, while the mirror outside is in a slightly-darker-lit space. The lighting differences, as well as requesting feedback from store employees, actually made it worthwhile to come out of my fitting room despite having a mirror!

Still, I felt like I didn’t get the same attention as other customers in the main (mirrorless) fitting room area might have received with more employees going in and out of there (as well as from other customers… for better or worse). I’m not sure if that was because I’m visibly transgender, or just because some of the employees seemed busy. I suspect it was the latter, honestly; it was a Monday afternoon, so the store was not at its busiest.

In the end, I did buy the pleated black skirt you see in the pictures I attached to this review.

First time shopper at Aritzia. Had an amazing experience thanks to Ester at North Park Center in Dallas. She made my shopping so much easier and had a fitting room ready for me with a few item choosen by her. Clothing is Amazing quality. Beautiful summer dresses❤️ plenty to choose from. Will be back soon!

The styles and colors are on point. The only problem was the in store shopping experience was horrible. Packed with employees darting around and being rushed in line to pay (by manager). This place needs new management to make the shopping experience pleasant.

Marcella was amazing! We have a hard time finding jeans that fit and she found us the perfect jeans for us. So personal and attentive and understanding. Best experience in retail ever. Truly!
