The cashier was flat out rude. Not trained. I’ve shopped in Target for years. I know how sales work. She kept telling me “everything is through the app”. When I went to my app she said “that’s the wrong app. You need real app”!! IT WAS THE TARGET APP! She could care less about customer service. Very sad!!

I love this target location. It's clean, safe, and organized. There are employees working the self checkout and multiple registers, so it doesn't take long to check out. Staff are friendly and helpful. There were very helpful employees at the customer service where I needed to make some returns. I recently went to a target in White Marsh Maryland(which used to be my home store) and had a completely opposite experience. I have never had issues with the Leesburg target, but after visiting another store that was lacking in many areas, I have a new profound love for the Leesburg target. I look forward to my next shopping trip!

If you’re going to close self checkout at the very least you could have an adequate amount of cashiers. How is it that there’s always a huge line to checkout. It’s a Wednesday night it’s not busy enough to be waiting 20 minutes to buy a toothbrush and mascara.

Ever since they shut down the self checkouts early, we're forced to wait in the lines for the cashiers to check us out. However, this process makes waiting in line longer and just wastes our time of quickly going in and out of the store. Target needs to allow the self checkouts to run until the store closes.

As a Target lover, for absolutely everything inside of target, I would say this is my favorite target near me. The store is always neat and organized, and they have a wide variety for everything! They also have a starbucks and a cvs section, for anything you may need while shopping! Overall, this is an amazing target, with friendly workers and amazing staff.

At any time the 15 checkouts in store only have about 2 open. So you’re forced to use the one section of self checkout that’s open- which is typically fine, but recently they enacted janky security tags on small makeup products that loudly beep when slightly pushed. When I was checking out I accidentally moved the tag when scanning the item. The woman at self checkout essentially accused me of attempting to steal when asking for help getting it off even though I’d literally rang up the item first. Super annoying, wasted like 15mins of my life.

Ordered online for home delivery and very clearly stated “no substitutions” in my order. The shopper was unable to find my products and kept trying to get me to accept different products then were ordered. I attempted to call the store several times and no one answered. I requested that my order be cancelled and refunded and the shopped stopped responding. Do not do business with this location. There is a Walmart right down the street - I’ll be going there from now on.

Hands down the best target I have been to, until I went to use ladies' room. My opinion went from an OH Gosh WoW! To an OH, my gosh of disgust. I wish I had taken more video of the store, but I was too big eyed checking it out. Sorry.

Seriously, it was like Kohls and Target made a store baby together. It looks beautiful, well laid out, fully stocked, well lit inside, and there are lots of things my local target does not have. The makeup section was just incredible. I didn't even make it to the grocery section. I had to leave for a show I had tickets to. BUT, I will be back. Hopefully, next time, the ladies' room will have been checked. It seriously must have been all day without checking due to the sheer volume of gross items on the floor and in the toilets. From insane amounts of paper on the floor, most of it wet with urine and hair tells me it had been there a while. I had to go all the way down, checking for a clean toilet, and did not find one. Rather, it was paper to step over. Not flushed with blood, poo and even a scratcher lottery ticket in one bowl. I guess they didn't win on that one.
