I rarely shop in store, online is more convenient for me. I needed to exchange a hairbrush, ordered wrong size. The exchange was very simple. While I was walking around, a young lady asked if I needed any help. She was very helpful and I really like her recommendation. I didn't know they have translucent loose powder which is great because I don't have to match my skin color that changes in the sun being in the sun so much hiking and exploring places with my pups. She also introduced some facial oil brands and products that I wasn't aware of. I'm really glad that I stopped by. All the Ulta stores I have shopped in always feel so nice, and feel and smell so clean.

I visited the store yesterday and was blown away by how great customer service i received. Farah was amazing and knowledgeable. It was a last minute shopping, I was looking for a foundation and she color matched me perfectly. Unfortunately the store did not have my shade but she went above and beyond to contact another store close by to ask if they had my shade and they did. I was really happy.

I just called corporate to document the fact that the air conditioner in this location is STILL NOT WORKING. I don't know who manages the Ulta in this region, but FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER. My pregnant friend couldn't even walk around in this location without difficulty breathing because it's so humid inside. If this company doesn't know how to manage this issue, I will happily take my money elsewhere. I can't even imagine having to work in such conditions. I was also at this location yesterday, but I couldn't even think about getting my hair done here with the humidity. It's incredibly difficult to breathe, people are sweating, and sticky. ULTA, DO BETTER BY YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS. FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER .

I'm afraid to buy anything at Ulta because everything expired. I don't want to pay a lot of money for expired shampoo. I expected quality. I just wanted one bottle of shampoo that will wash my hair and I can't find that. Nothing I buy washes my hair. It comes out sticky. I even tried olaplex. They need to ensure none of their products expired or they will lose customers

Went here to pick up a couple of things. I was greeted when I walked in but that was the only person that acknowledged me until I went to check out. The employees on the floor were more interested in gossiping amongst themselves.

I’m glad that the Ulta took my comment or review seriously and called back to either fix or refund my money. I chose to fix it as I really needed one and desperately looking for good artist for my hair. Went in for a appointment and the Manager Jennifer assured it will be fixed by Chris.

Chris has the positive vibe on my hair, heard what I was looking for and exactly worked onto the tones needed. That was amazing, smooth work and just so well done!

I’m so glad I gave Ulta a chance and now I have an artist in town.

Thank you Chris for working your magic onto my hair and making me pretty!

Only for people to know that their customer service is good

Wish I could rate the lady better. I’ve used the salon service for highlights.

The lady Emire, was really humble and did talk so well explaining on how the hair color lift works on dark hair.

I did show her picture and asked her to work nearly to it (caramel) but looks like that went wrong.
Pros:
Highlights are good.
Uniform work
Attentive and humble staff
Cons:
Result achieved is not any near to caramel
It’s mostly Ash

I did pay good amount for service and this turned out to be nightmare of unmatched color for my skin tone.

Just visited this store looking for a specific type of product and when I asked the sales woman if they might have a similar product she was rude and looked down her nose at me - she couldn't be bothered! Further....she acted as if I were such a nuisance as I stood in front of her with over $300 in products in my hands, which I promptly put down and left the store. You just lost a customer to Sephora.
